My OB doesn't want me to have a csection because I have a lot of abdominal scar tissue-- I'm very high risk for any kind of abdominal surgery, for that reason. And now, to add to it, I have some skin infection there and in my legs. ICK. Yesterday, I just slept after I posted because I got only a few hours of sleep the night before, plus my legs still hurt.

Sheri, Nathan had furry ears like that, too! It eventually fell off, but his back is STILL hairy! LOL
I went back to the doctor's office today to check on my swelling, etc. I'm on another antibiotic-- ick!-- to hopefully make it go away. They did some blood work, too, to see if its anything else. I hope not! I go back Monday to find out about that and get checked again. Had I known these leg aches were some skin infection, I'd've gone in sooner!

Finger feeding? I don't know what that would be. It wouldn't be too efficent. LOL They could suck a finger all day and still not get any nutrition. I had to do that with Nathan, too, Mary. When he got older, too, he would know when I would even TRY to get him to unlatch, so he'd latch on even harder and start sucking faster!

Heather, I'll be on the lookout for thrush, but I hope I'm basically done with these fairly soon after the baby is born.

My sister called a little bit ago. She was visiting a friend at another friend's house on the spur of the moment. It turns out this friend's mother is a professional pregnancy masseus. (sp?) My sister told her about my legs/middle. So now, I have an appointment for wednesday at 3 p.m. to get a massage. This woman also works closely with my OB and will call her just to make sure its okay. My sister is also picking up a couple homeopathic creams recommended by this woman to reduce the swelling. I hope it makes me feel better! Maybe I'll feel so much better after my appointment that I'll go into labor and my OB will be at the hospital (she said she'd be there all day Wednesday) and can attend my birth! A lot to wish for, I know, but this makes me so happy! My sister is paying for the appointment, too!

Just checking posts. Nathan took a late nap and was grumpy when he got up a little bit ago. Now he's in his pj's, night-time diaper (we use cloth), and has had dinner. He's watching his favorite movie on my bed: lady and the tramp! Gotta go wash a load of diapers and rest myself...
